ORDERING WILD

It's no secret that a healthy diet should include at minimum three to five servings of fatty fish per week. Restaurants have been quick to react. Fish is all over the menus.

The problem with some fish is it's raise on farms. Fish from farms have some potential health consequences.

Next time you are ready to order your salmon out, ask your sever if the salmon is wild.

If you’ve finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes.

MIND BODY CONNECTION?

Your mental energy is limited by your physical energy.
How do you develop more energy of all kinds?
You start by putting your body in top physical condition.
Unless you do that, all your other activities won't help much.
You'll be stuck with the mental and emotional energy That you have now."
