Sir, I just recently watched your med ball video from Title boxing. It was awesome! Thank you for the awesome instruction. I am in Manhattan right now, I am a jiu-jitsu guy, amateur MMA fighter and I teach combative at KSU. Is there something that you offer that I could do there on a saturday or sunday?
