THE DUMBBELL BEAR



Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform the following:

5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
5 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Loading should equal 45% of bodyweight.

This workout is a selection from Dumbbell Moves Vol 2.

My DVD states "for informational purposes only", but were we supposed to actually do these workouts?!!

Went lighter and used 2x25 db's. Kept each interval under 30 seconds for all 20 intervals.

2 rounds on clock + 10 more

185# -- started with 2x35# but felt really weak in the shoulders so dropped to 30s around the 4th set.

Great exercise. I just met my goal today of finishing with 35 pound dumbbells.
