FACE DOWN IN THE DEEP END


I took Coach Whitney Rodden along to work with the men of Ft. Leavenworth last Sunday. Understanding the CrossFit method and instruction on the finer points of weightlifting were on the agenda.

4 Rounds. Resting 3:00 between efforts

Row 750 Meters
15 Reps Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean / Push Press combo (use dumbbells equaling 45% of bodyweight)

Post Your Time for Each round. You should have four times posted.

Went lighter with the db's and used a pair of 20's. Times were:
4:36, 4:44, 4:44, 4:45.

jodi- Yes. Fire out of the hole with a thruster finishing with a arms fully extended over your head.
