First, many thanks for your earlier advice regarding combining the WOD and ME for the busy family man! It's working great & I'm truly enjoying it. Keeping an eye on recovery to make sure I don't over do it.
Second, I quickly searched the blog, but didn't find a description of the Airedale march. Would you mind enlightening me or pointing me in the right direction?
Oh, and I got a 6:33 on today's WOD.
Now, I'm off to enjoy an evening & long weekend with the family!
